- The signature dishes are Atsuyaki Tamagoyaki (thick sweet-dashi omelette), Kushi-dama (tamago on a stick, to walk with), Tamago Bo-zushi (rolled-egg sushi).
- What are your opening hours?
- Open Mon–Sat 04:00–14:30. Sun 08:30–14:00. Closed in January and August.
- Where are you located, and how do I get there?

- What kind of place is it — and what occasion suits it?
- A thick-rolled-omelette specialist of over a hundred years, founded at the end of the Taishō era. Skilled artisans roll each one by hand from 3 a.m. Also known as the family home of TV director Terry Ito. A relaxed stop for something sweet — fine for an everyday treat or a small occasion.
